Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Fujikage, the Fujikage website, and related services. By using Fujikage, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or services.

What Fujikage Does

Fujikage provides camera-control workflows for supported Fujifilm cameras, including pairing, Wi-Fi handoff, live view, camera controls, transfers, and related diagnostics. Supported models and features may change as the app develops.

Beta Software

Beta builds, including TestFlight builds, are provided for evaluation and feedback. Beta features may be incomplete, unstable, changed, or removed. Do not rely on beta software for critical shoots or irreplaceable work.

Camera And Network Use

You are responsible for using Fujikage safely and lawfully with your own camera, phone, network, files, and locations. Follow the instructions for your camera and avoid using remote camera control where it could create a safety, privacy, or legal issue.

Purchases, Subscriptions, And Refunds

Fujikage is distributed through the Apple App Store. Any paid app downloads, in-app purchases, or subscriptions are processed by Apple. Apple manages billing, renewals, cancellations, taxes, and refunds under Apple's purchase terms and App Store policies.

If Fujikage offers an auto-renewable subscription, the subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel it in your Apple Account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple will charge your Apple Account for renewal according to the subscription you selected and the price shown before purchase.

You can manage or cancel App Store subscriptions in the Settings app on your device or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. See our Returns page for more detail.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what Fujikage collects, how it is used, how long it is retained, and how you can withdraw telemetry consent or request deletion.

Intellectual Property

Fujikage and the Fujikage website are owned by Eric Psalmond. Fujikage is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Fujifilm Corporation. Fujifilm, X-series, and GFX names belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify compatible camera systems.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse Fujikage, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer hosted services, submit abusive traffic, or use the app or website in violation of law or another person's rights.

No Warranty

Fujikage is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free operation.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, missed shots, camera issues, network issues, or service interruptions arising from your use of Fujikage.

Changes

We may update these terms as Fujikage changes. The updated terms will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Fujikage after an update means you accept the updated terms.
